Exchange/Return Policy
At Namasvee, we strive to provide accurate product descriptions and high-quality products. Every order undergoes multiple quality checks before dispatch to ensure it reaches you in perfect condition.
Currently, we do not offer refund. However, we are happy to assist you with size exchanges or product exchanges for eligible products.
Exchange / Return Eligibility
- Exchanges are available only for domestic orders.
- Products must be unused, unwashed, unworn, and returned with original tags and packaging intact.
- Exchange / Return requests related to slight color variations, fabric texture, or material differences will not be accepted, as display settings may vary across devices.
- Exchanges / Return are applicable only for orders placed through our official website: www.namasvee.in
Exchange / Return Process
- Exchange / Return requests must be raised within 72 hours of delivery.
- A processing fee of ₹200 per article will be charged for exchanges/Return.
- If you receive a damaged or incorrect product, please email us at care@namasvee.in within 72 hours of delivery.
- Kindly record an unboxing video clearly showing the defect for verification purposes.
- Customers must self-ship the product to our address.
- Once the returned product is received and passes quality inspection, the amount after deducting the processing fees will credited to the customer’s wallet, redeemable within 30 days on the website.

Cancellation Policy

- Namasvee reserves the right to cancel orders due to product unavailability, pricing errors, suspicious transactions, or any unforeseen issues.
Non-Returnable Items
- Sale or discounted items are not eligible for return or refund unless there is a manufacturing defect.
